QSS is geared to handle high volume promotions. Work is quality controlled and stringent standards for data keying are set by the ABC and BPA audits. Circulation management has become an extremely sophisticated activity and goes far beyond order fulfilment and issue label production.
QSS provides customer support from its own production and technical teams skilled in database set-up and renewals printing. The service includes a standard reports package, covering marketing, accounting, distribution and audits. Data can be selected on an ad-hoc basis and output in hard copy, tape or diskette.
