Keith Jones, Chief Executive
Keith was appointed Chief Executive of Reed Business Information in May 1995. He has led the company’s successful move onto the web – over 50% of the business is now online. RBI is the UK’s leading publisher of business-to-business information with a turnover of around £300m and a workforce of over 2,700. The group consists of a portfolio of marketing-leading online services, magazines, directories and events, including Bankersalmanac, New Scientist, Farmers Weekly, Estates Gazette, ICIS, XpertHR and Totaljobs.com, the UK’s leading online recruitment service.
Before transferring to RBI, Keith worked at IPC Magazines from 1977 and held a variety of posts in marketing and publishing; he joined the IPC Board in 1992 as MD of the Specialist Group. In 1992 he was named PPA Publisher of the Year for the relaunch of Chat magazine; in 1994 he launched Loaded.
He has been Chairman of the Periodical Publishers Association and PPA Business Media Committee and currently chairs the association’s Postal Affairs Group, as well as being a member of the PPA Board and Audit Committee.

Jane Burgess, Managing Director
After graduating in 1984, Jane Burgess started her publishing career with Reed Business Information as Marketing Manager following two years in advertising and marketing agencies. Jane was appointed to the RBI board in 1998 as Marketing Director and has wide-ranging marketing and commercial experience gained working on most of RBI’s key brands across many business sectors.
Jane is currently Managing Director of one of RBI’s divisions with responsibilities spanning online, magazines and events in the HR, Hair and Beauty, Travel, Transport and Utilities sectors. Jane also has board responsibility for Quadrant Subscription Services, Mardev database marketing, Corporate Communications and RBI Events.

Carolyn Pickering, Chief Financial Officer
Carolyn Pickering joined Reed Business Information in 1987 as Finance Director of the Directory division after graduating in 1983 and qualifying as a chartered accountant with ACCA in 1991. She has considerable experience of all aspects of print and online media gained during her career with RBI and from her tenure as Chair of the PPA Finance Committee.
Carolyn joined the board of RBI in 1994 and was promoted to CFO in 2000 with extended responsibilities. In addition to leading all aspects of corporate and operating finance and legal governance, Carolyn has board responsibility for IT, a key area for the current and future success of the business.

Nathan Cahill, HR Director
Nathan Cahill has been HR Director of Reed Business Information since November 2001. Nathan graduated in economics and has over 30 years experience in Human Resources in the motor industry, chemical/gas and FMCG.
The HR team provides a service to all employees, across all sites, predominantly in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development as well as personnel services such as payroll, pensions and policy issues.

Mark Kelsey, Chief Operating Officer
Mark Kelsey, Chief Operating Officer of Reed Business Information, is responsible for all magazines and online services in RBI's portfolio. Having joined RBI in 1983, Mark became managing director of Estates Gazette and marketing director of RBI in the autumn of 1992 prior to the centralisation of marketing in January '93. He was appointed to the RBI board in July 1993.

Robert Brighouse, Managing Director
Robert joined Reed Business Information in 1998, via an acquisition the company made from Dennis Publishing, as Publishing Director of the Channel Group. He joined the board of RBI in 2006. He is currently Managing Director of one of RBI’s divisions with responsibilities spanning online, magazines and events in the Technology, Construction, Hospitality, Optometry and Irish Medical sectors. Robert also has board responsibility for RBI Digital Media and for RBI’s production and distribution arrangements.

Jim Muttram, Managing Director
Jim Muttram, Managing Director of Reed Business Information. Jim started his career as a journalist, joining RBI in 1984. Over the years he has held a wide variety of posts in a range of markets. He became publisher of RBI’s retail titles in the early 90s before being asked to set up EGi, Estates Gazette’s ground-breaking paid-for internet service in 1996. He went on to become publishing director of Estates Gazette Group, and was involved in the Reed Elsevier Innovation Programme in 2003. Jim is responsible for ICIS Group, Estates Gazette Group and Flight Group.

Dominic Feltham, Managing Director
Dominic Feltham started his career with Reed Business Information in 1991 working in marketing across a variety of sectors but with a particular focus on RBI's Aerospace portfolio.
Dominic led the launch of key web-based information services in the Air Transport sector and with New Scientist, while based in the U.S, as part of RBI's significant organic online growth plan. He has also led RBI's acquisition of online services in Aerospace and in the lead generation/business directory sector.
During his career with RBI, Dominic has been responsible for the portfolios in Aerospace, Commercial Property, Social Care sectors as well as New Scientist.
He joined the RBI UK Board in 2006 and is currently Managing Director with responsibility for New Scientist and the RBI Search division which includes Bankers' Almanac and online directories including Kellysearch.
